1.What is SEO & how does it affect my business?

SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, is the process of maximizing the number of visitors to a particular website by ensuring that the site appears high on the list of results. Implementing SEO helps your changes of being found on the internet. When someone searches for your business type you are wanting to be part of the top 10 that first show up.


2.What social media platforms are best for my business?

Each business is different when it comes to the presence of social media but the top 3 platforms a business should be on is:

-Instagram

-Facebook

-LinkedIn

Business accounts/pages should be made to help separate your personal accounts to your business accounts.


3.Do I need a website?

Yes! Your business always needs a website. Your website is the landing page, the first impression, the holy grail for information for your business. Your website should be a place that sells your services/products for you. 


4.How do I know if my site is ADA Compliant? 

ADA Compliance refers to meeting the standards by the Americans with Disabilities Act standards for Accessible Design. You should be able to connect with your website builder to see if it is ADA Compliant. Or you can use free tools online that will analyze your site for you.


5.Why do I need promotional merchandise?

Promotional merchandise helps brand your business. Having your logo branded on clothing, stickers, signs, etc. will help spark curiosity to find out more about what your business is about and who you are.
