Fulfillment Policy
Effective Date: January 01, 2025
This Fulfillment Policy applies to all transactions conducted through Lbpromo.com and Lbpromosales.com, both owned and operated by Little Big Promotions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to all clients, with a primary focus on business-to-business (B2B) transactions for branded merchandise, promotional marketing solutions, and digital advertising services.
By placing an order or entering a service agreement with us, you agree to the following fulfillment terms.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (CT), excluding U.S. holidays.
- Standard Orders: Processing begins within 1–3 business days of full payment.
- Custom/Branded Merchandise: Production lead times range from 7 to 30 business days after final artwork approval, scope of project and payment.
- Rush Orders: Available upon request and subject to production capacity and expedited service fees.
An order confirmation will be sent via email. For custom merchandise, production will not begin until you’ve approved the final digital proof.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States and U.S. territories. International shipping may be arranged upon request and subject to additional fees.
- Carriers Used: UPS, FedEx, USPS, or others depending on delivery location and urgency.
- Delivery Timeframes: Provided during checkout or in your custom quote.
- Tracking: Sent via email upon shipment.
Little Big Promotions LLC are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.
3. Fulfillment of Marketing Subscriptions & Digital Advertising Services
For clients subscribed to ongoing marketing or digital advertising plans:
- Services are delivered on a month-to-month basis, with no long-term commitment unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
- Project timelines and deliverables are outlined in each client proposal or onboarding packet.
- You will receive an onboarding confirmation and campaign schedule within 1–3 business days after payment.
If you wish to cancel a subscription or monthly service:
- A 30-day written notice must be provided before the next billing cycle to terminate future service.
- Work already completed during the billing cycle is non-refundable.
4. Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of our business services and merchandise, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under most circumstances. This policy protects the investment of time, labor, and materials required for custom branding and B2B service fulfillment.
However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:
- Branded Merchandise: You may cancel and request a refund only if printing/production has not started and the artwork has not been finalized.
- Marketing or Digital Services: Refunds or cancellations are only permitted if the project has not yet begun and you provide a 30-day written notice requesting to terminate the agreement.
Once production, campaign setup, or service execution has started, no refunds will be issued.
